The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified applicants to
serve as Distributed Organizer. This is a full-time, campaign cycle position with a start date of June 1st, 2026. This position is remote, with occasional travel within PA required. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, but priority will be given to those received by May 15th.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruit and Organize remote volunteer capacity for a statewide distributed organizing program
Supervise volunteer phone banks, textbanks.
Maintain relationships with volunteers, volunteer leaders, and partner groups.
Lead training on direct voter contact platforms.
Ensure data integrity and timely reporting of direct voter contact events and volunteer recruitment
APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS:
At least 1 cycle of competitive campaign organizing experience.
Experience with remote organizing platforms preferred, but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party
A computer and a cell phone
Proficiency with VoteBuilder and G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
Distributed Organizers will report directly to the Distributed Organizing Director
