The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified applicants to serve as Distributed Organizing Director. This is a full-time, campaign cycle position starting in May 2026. This position is remote, with occasional travel within Pennsylvania required. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis, but preference will be given to those received before May 1st.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct execution of statewide distributed organizing plan.
Provide district-level services to individual campaigns pertaining to phone-banking, texting, vote-by-mail request generation, and ballot chase.
Supervise a team of Distributed Organizers responsible for recruiting, training and managing volunteers to participate in DVC phone banks and text banks.
Responsible for holding regular distributed organizer staff calls and holding organizers accountable to voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals established in consultation with the Strategic Organizing Director.
Serve as liaison between organizers, campaigns, and HDCC staff on all matters vote-by-mail.
Ensure data integrity and timely reporting from Distributed Organizers. Report VBM request and return data, progress to goal, and other KPIs regularly to campaigns, HDCC staff, stakeholders, partners, and members.
APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS:
At least 2 cycles of campaign organizing experience

Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party
A computer and a cell phone
Proficiency with VoteBuilder, Scale to Win, Mobilize, & G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Familiarity with Pennsylvania politics is preferred
