Van Ness Creative Strategies is looking for college seniors or recent graduates for our Summer Digital Fellowship positions and Election Fellowship positions.
If you’re interested in pursuing a career in politics and digital strategy—and passionate about helping Democrats win this year—this position is for you!
This role will include:
Copywriting for digital ads, fundraising emails, and SMS texts to mobilize the vote
Creating digital assets (graphics and gifs) around candidates and movements
Fundraising for major PAC clients and candidates
Assisting in strategic content strategy
HTML coding for email
You should apply if you:
Have some experience with or interest in digital ads, fundraising emails, or creative strategy
Have a thorough understanding of the national political landscape
Check the news and Twitter constantly for the latest updates
Are passionate about progressive organizations and causes
This fellowship requires at least 20 hours of availability each week, up to 40 hours. This fellowship pays $18 an hour. Our offices are currently hybrid, and we are prioritizing applicants that are able to work out of our Brooklyn offices two days a week.
