Responsibilities:
Support the Executive team with various administrative responsibilities, including coordinating travel and scheduling
Prepare memos and other materials for internal and external meetings
Implement workflow systems around inter-department communication
Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from drafting to final implementation
Assist in the general administration of the office
Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:

Other Info:
Location: Washington, DC preferred. While NDRC & Affiliates staff are fully remote, this position is tasked with assisting in the management of the organization’s physical DC office and should expect to be present for office management needs and to prepare for staff meetings, outside meetings, and vendor support
Some national travel and attendance at staff retreats is expected
Salary for this position is $56,175
Benefits include paid time off, immediate access to the organization’s 401(k) program with a 4% match, health care, dental and vision coverage, along with a stipend for cell phone use
Interviews will happen on a rolling basis with preferred start date of early May
