About the Opportunity
Movement Labs seeks a Fellowship Coordinator to join our team for a contract period lasting through December 2024. In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our fellowship program, ensuring a smooth experience for our fellows from application to screening and hiring to ongoing professional development.
Ideal candidates are passionate about talent development, approach their work with equal parts hustle and empathy, and are highly detail-oriented, organized and able to learn and get up to speed quickly. Movement Labs runs 3 fellowship cohorts/year, each consisting of 10-20 fellows, who are managed by staff within each Movement Labs department. Fellows have the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge across the full array of activities in progressive political power building.
After hiring and onboarding the cohort, the Coordinator will play a leadership role in fellowship programming, logistics coordination, and support of fellows through 1:1 coaching and guidance, and ensuring each fellow's manager has an appropriate work plan for the fellow.
We are hiring on a rolling basis and anticipating an April 15th start date.
Apply by Friday, March 29th at 5 pm Pacific Time to be considered.
About Movement Labs
At Movement Labs, our mission is to affordably and provably scale people power. We look for opportunities to work in red and rural areas, and with communities that have too often been ignored.
Movement Labs is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to economic and social justice. Women, people of color, LGBTQ people, people with disabilities, and members of other historically disenfranchised populations are strongly encouraged to apply.
