JOB DESCRIPTION

The Reynoso for Brooklyn Borough President team is dedicated to giving young people a voice in political campaigns by contacting voters all across Brooklyn and giving you hands-on experience + training in field-work and community organizing in a borough-wide campaign. The program runs from today until Election Day, June 24th. We are accepting applications daily and interviewing students across the city who would like to help our organizing efforts. Everyone between the ages of 15 and 22 are welcome to apply. Living in Brooklyn or NYC is not required.

About Antonio

Antonio Reynoso, Brooklyn’s 20th Borough President, is the first and youngest Latino ever to hold the office. A dedicated advocate for equity, Borough President Reynoso has fought to tackle systemic inequalities in housing, healthcare, and community well-being. He made history by allocating $45 million to improving maternal health outcomes in Brooklyn’s public hospitals, is a vocal advocate of increasing affordable housing in order to support all of Brooklyn’s residents, and has fought for environmental and criminal justice reform, passing the Waste Equity and Right to Know Act. Antonio’s leadership is rooted in a commitment to building a fairer, healthier Brooklyn that cares for all of its residents.
