Tina for Oregon is seeking a strategic and driven ** Field Director** for the 2026 cycle. The Field Director will lead the campaign’s voter contact and organizing efforts across the state, building and executing a disciplined, metrics-driven field program. This is a unique opportunity to obtain significant experience managing a large-scale organizing operation on a top-tier gubernatorial campaign. Oregon ties are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and advise on the campaign’s voter contact and organizing programs, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with political partners, allied organizations, and coalition groups
Collaborate across departments to ensure field and organizing efforts are well-integrated into the campaign’s overall strategy
Develop and manage constituency outreach programs, working closely with community leaders and key stakeholders across the state
Support the development of plans, timelines, and goals for organizing programs
Provide guidance and support to staff and partners implementing voter contact efforts in the field
Travel as needed to support organizing efforts, events, and partner engagement across the state
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Multiple cycles of campaign experience, including leadership roles in field or organizing programs, ideally in Oregon
Experience managing teams, programs, or partnerships in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Flexibility to work long, irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and maintain a focus on results
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, complete projects under tight deadlines, and deliver under pressure
Proficiency in campaign and general technology including NGPVAN, Google Apps, Microsoft Office apps, etc
Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Salary:$9,000-10,000/month, commensurate with experience
