The Rebecca Amidon for State Senate Campaign is seeking a highly-motivated Field Director. The Field Director will be responsible for implementing the field plan, planning canvassing events, cutting and prioritizing turf, creating door knocking goals and coordinating with partners and stakeholders. The Field Director will report directly to the Campaign Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Cutting and prioritizing turf
Recruit, train, and manage field volunteers and interns
Manage canvassing schedule
Create goals and coach staff/ volunteers/ interns to success
Manage absentee voter chase program
Qualifications
At least 1 election cycle of campaign field experience
Experience with software such as Votebuilder (VAN), Mobilize, and ControlShift
Comfortable with Excel and Google Docs/ Sheets
Strong writing and communications skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet goals and deadlines

Salary & Benefits
The compensation ranges from $4,000 - $5,000 per month and is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Compensation also includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
