Competitive School Board Campaign | Northern Virginia

A competitive school board campaign in Northern Virginia is seeking a ** Field Fellow/Intern** to help build a strong grassroots voter contact operation.
This is a hands-on position for someone interested in campaigns, community organizing, or public service. The Field Fellow/Intern will spend a significant portion of their time directly engaging with voters.
Responsibilities include door knocking and speaking directly with voters, participating in phone banking and other voter contact efforts, helping recruit and engage volunteers, assisting with canvass launches and campaign events, distributing campaign literature, and tracking field activity.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, outgoing, comfortable talking with voters, and eager to learn. Previous campaign experience is not required, and training will be provided. Some evening and weekend availability is expected. Reliable transportation is helpful.
This is an unpaid internship. Interns who successfully complete the program will receive a personalized letter of recommendation and may use campaign leadership as a professional reference.
