JOB DESCRIPTION

In this program, Fellows will act as field support, engaging in direct voter contact. Fellows will also engage in some volunteer recruitment and management. There may be additional opportunities in other areas, like digital, finance, and research, as the campaign approaches the general election in November.

Fellows are expected to engage in a minimum of 12  hours of contact work per week, some of which may be done remotely in the case of phonebanking. Fellows are encouraged to “table” at their college campuses if appropriate. Fellows will attend campaign events, knock doors, and may engage in other works as it arises.

The program coordinator will host a mandatory weekly meeting to go over goals and expectations for fellows. This meeting may be in person at the office or remote via Zoom/Google Meet. Fellows are also expected to go through a brief onboarding process, which may be one-on-one with the program coordinator or in a small group.

Fellows will be provided with necessary materials and structure to excel in their positions. Professional development is a major component of this program. Interns will be trained on in-demand skills to advance their careers in politics and guided on how to build their professional networks. Successful interns will exit this program with more confidence and greater competence in their social and organizational skills.

We will accept applications to the fellowship program  on a rolling basis until June 30th 2025, with possibility of extension until November 10. We encourage you to apply!
