Lead the campaign’s field program by recruiting, training, and managing canvassers; oversee daily staging locations and turf distribution; track voter contact and performance metrics; and ensure high-quality, persuasive voter interactions that build support, generate momentum, and turn out voters in the final push to Election Day.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organization
Ability to move fast and problem-solve
Campaign experience preferred, not required
NGP VAN / MiniVAN preferred, not required
Available through Election Day
Pay: Higher rate based on experience
