Purpose:
Directing a client field program for the 2026 general election cycle. This role will include overseeing field staff, executing effective field strategies, and engaging directly with voters and volunteers through Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings with Agave Field Director and campaign leads
Executing a training plan for all fiel d staff
Verification of field staff hours
Reporting comprehensive field event metrics and efficacy to staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous campaign field experience, including VAN turf and list creation, canvassing, community organizing, and voter outreach
Experience leading organizers
Experience executing a campaign plan or parts of a campaign plan
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Proactive, positive, reliable and punctual
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
Must work evenings and weekends
Must have reliable transportation
