JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Position: Bantam Communications is seeking an experienced Field Manager to spearhead multi-location grassroots campaigns. This role involves providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and performance tracking across rural communities. The ideal candidate brings proven success in training field organizers, developing ground teams, and executing effective campaigns. We're looking for proven leaders who excel in team development, campaign management, and building strong field operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead grassroots campaigns across multiple rural communities

  2. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for field programs

  3. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

  4. Train and develop field organizer teams

  5. Build and manage strong field operations

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of experience in campaign management, advocacy, or public affairs organizing.

  • Excellent political instincts

  • Experience organizing across multiple community types, from rural to urban.

  • A good people-person/listener with a track record of successful hiring and staff retention.

  • Creative, analytical problem-solving and ability to adapt plans to the realities of what’s happening on the ground.

  • Experience organizing through digital means

  • Multi-client environment experience preferred
