JOB DESCRIPTION

• Turf Management: Own day-to-day field operations in 1–2 wards or city neighborhoods.

• Volunteer Recruitment: Build relationships with supporters and grow a network of regular volunteers through calls, texts, and in-person outreach.

• Volunteer Management: Train, support, and lead volunteers and interns on canvasses, phone banks, and visibility events.

• Voter Contact: Ensure strong performance on doors and phones. Personally hit voter contact goals and lead high-impact events.

• Data Reporting: Track daily metrics, complete shift reports, and ensure data is entered accurately in VAN.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Director and other FO’s to execute the campaign’s voter contact strategy.

• Community Building: Represent the campaign at local events, support campaign visibility, and build relationships in the ward.
