Lydia Green for Brooklyn is seeking an enthusiastic organizer to support the field operations of a grassroots campaign for New York State Assembly District 52.
Lydia Green is a progressive organizer, Democratic District Leader, and lifelong Brooklynite running to make Brooklyn a place that anyone and everyone can afford to call home. As a field organizer, you will work closely with senior staff to rapidly mobilize the community to connect with our neighbors throughout the district.
The position is part-time, in person, and will run through June 23, 2026.
The salary for this position is $2000 per month.

Qualifications
Experience in field operations — whether as a volunteer lead or a professional operative, we’re looking for someone who has enough experience on the ground to jump right in and immediately get to work.
An exceptional degree of commitment to proactive communication with campaign staff and volunteers.
Proficiency in field data management platforms is highly preferred.
