Jeremy Moss for Congress is hiring Field Organizers to join our fast-paced campaign in Michigan’s 11th District. This role will be critical in executing a robust voter contact and volunteer engagement program in the heart of Oakland County.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to participate in campaign activities.
Conduct regular voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and community events.
Plan and execute canvass launches, phone banks, and other organizing activities
Build relationships with local leaders, organizations, and community stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by the Organizing Director and campaign leadership
Qualifications
Proficiency in VAN and other digital organizing tools
Excellent organization, management, and interpersonal skills, and multicultural competence
Must have a personal vehicle and current drivers license
Details
Based in Oakland County, Michigan
Salary range is $5,000-5,500/month, commensurate with experience
Required to work irregular hours and weekends.
