The Rachel May Campaign for State Senate is seeking a Field Organizer to be
employed from hiring through November 15th, 2024. Field Organizers will contact
potential voters and volunteers throughout the 48th NY State Senate District!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conducting one-on-one or group meetings with volunteers
• Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and volunteer teams
• Organizing and executing house parties, phone banks, or canvasses
• Canvassing and Calls to Voters
• Executing aggressive Get Out the Vote in your turf
Desired Qualifications:
• Ability to multitask and have strict attention to detail
• Hardworking and personally organized
• Able to meet important deadlines with short notice
• Ability to achieve goals and perform under pressure
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
• Thrives working in a team environment with people from all walks of life
• Valid driver’s license
