Description: Stefanie Rafes for PA HD-187 is seeking an organized individual to assist with our field program. This is a full-time, paid position until November 5th, 2024.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting volunteers to conduct direct voter contact through the means of call time, meet and greets, and attending local meetings
Engage in direct voter contact through the means of call time, door-to-door canvassing, and text-banking
Utilize numerous tactics to hit daily & weekly metric goals for direct voter contact and volunteer mobilization
Other responsibilities as required by the Campaign
Qualifications:
Detail oriented self-starter with stellar verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in team settings, willingness to work irregular hours.
Enthusiasm for working in an organization with a culture of respect, empowerment, and inclusion.
Connections to and/or willingness to relocate to the district required
Compensation:
Field Organizers can expect to earn a monthly salary of $4,000
