Field Organizer
The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a campaign Field Organizer on a highly competitive race. Nicole Ruscitto is an educator, coach, and mom running to flip the Pennsylvania State Senate’s 37th district, a critical seat if Democrats hope to flip the chamber in 2024.
This is a campaign cycle (April through November), full-time position based in Allegheny County._ Individuals who graduate in the Spring of 2024 are still encouraged to apply._
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Commitment to winning a Democratic Majority in the PA State Senate;
Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong time management and organizational abilities;
Ability to work long and occasionally irregular hours;
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with VAN/Votebuilder software
Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Salaries start at $3000 per month and are commensurate with experience.
