The Field Organizer will help build a strong grassroots campaign through door-to-door canvassing, voter outreach, and volunteer engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being active in the community.
Conduct door-to-door canvassing and engage voters about the campaign.
Identify supporters and potential volunteers.
Accurately record voter contacts and feedback.
Meet daily and weekly voter-contact goals.
Represent the campaign professionally at doors and community events.
Provide regular updates to campaign leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable talking with people from diverse backgrounds.
Reliable transportation and willingness to walk and work outdoors.
Ability to work weekends.
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Campaign or canvassing experience is helpful but ** not required**.
