Summary:
David Trone for Senate is seeking passionate, energetic, and committed individuals to join our team as Field Organizers to mobilize supporters, build relationships, and drive the campaign’s objectives forward. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about political change, enjoy community engagement, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Compensation: $4,000 - $4,500 monthly.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, train, and manage volunteers within assigned regions.
Organize and coordinate campaign events, including phone banks, canvassing operations, and voter registration drives.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local activists to expand the campaign’s reach and impact.
Utilize data-driven tools and strategies to track progress, identify areas of opportunity, and optimize campaign efforts.
Communicate effectively with campaign leadership and team members to ensure alignment and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Access to a laptop and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in campaign organizing, volunteer management, or community outreach is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of individuals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for organizing and communication is a plus.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as campaign needs dictate.
