We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Finance and Operations Manager for a competitive Massachusetts Democratic District Attorney campaign in the Boston Area. The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the candidate and general consultant, and will work closely with the Candidate and consulting team. This is a great opportunity for an entry level campaign professional in the Boston area.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive and staff the candidate at events, meetings, and other similar campaign related events as needed
Work with the candidate to manage his presence on social media through drafting, producing, and loading content on platforms like Facebook, X, and Instagram
Assist in managing the candidate’s time in consultation with the Campaign Manager or consulting team as applicable
Conduct donor research for fundraising call time
Requirements
Qualifications
Some experience working on a political campaign
Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
A valid and active Driver’s license
High attention to detail
Time management skills and problem solving skills

Must be able to remain in a stationary position while driving or riding as a passenger in a car because occasional statewide travel is necessary.
Salary & Benefits
The compensation ranges from $4,000 - $5,000 per month and is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. The Campaign offers partial reimbursement for health, dental, and vision insurance.
