The Nathan Johnson campaign for Texas Attorney General is hiring a Finance Assistant. The Finance Assistant is responsible for day-to-day fundraising program operations. This will be a full time position based in Austin, Texas and will involve travel around the state.
Responsibilities
Prepare call lists in advance for call time, including research of donor giving history, contact information, and other relevant information
Coordinate with the finance team in maintaining databases
Support list building, logistics, and staff fundraising events
Report call time progress to leadership
Requirements
Must have access to a personal vehicle
Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends
Familiarity with Texas politics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred experience
Fundraising experience (campaign or nonprofit)
Familiarity with any Numero, ActBlue, Google Sheets, and/or other data management and project management programs
