Qualifications:
· Prior campaign and fundraising experience preferred but not required;
· Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Sheets; NGP experience preferred but not required
· Interested parties must have a reliable laptop and a cell phone;
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
· Keen attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks;
· Ability to manage details and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
· Prior experience managing a team in-person and virtual as well as the ability to manage up required.
Responsibilities will include the following:
· Managing a call time program remotely and in-person; including donor prospecting and follow up;
· Manage digital and in-person fundraising events; including coordinating with hosts, preparing venues, and organizing candidate travel;
· Perform donor research to continue growing the attendee universe;
· Provide organizational and administrative support to help develop/improve the department’s internal structure and administrative/planning functions;
· Prepare and deliver necessary follow up items for the candidate or donors;
· Support the FD with compliance, accounting, and evaluating the success of the program;
· Other duties as assigned.
