Position: Finance Assistant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
About the position:
The DePasquale for Attorney General campaign is looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. This vital role in one of the country’s most important AG races is crucial to the success of the campaign’s fundraising efforts and overall performance this fall.
Major Responsibilities:
Daily donor research and candidate preparation on appropriate call lists
Manage online database systems including NGP, ActBlue, and campaign spreadsheets
Assist with and staff daily call time with candidate
Assist with planning and execution of campaign fundraisers throughout the Commonwealth
Coordinate with the Finance Director and Call Time Manager on appropriate donor targets and asks
Track contact rates and donation pledges in order for timely receipt of donations
Staff candidate at fundraising events, including possible transportation of candidate
Job Requirements:
Prior campaign finance experience preferred, but not required
Experience with database management including both NGP and ActBlue a plus
Experience in event planning and management a plus
Experience executing and coordinating donor research for political campaigns a plus
A valid driver's license and vehicle
