The Finance Database & Operations Director is will own all finance department tracking mechanisms on the Mahan for Governor campaign. The role includes ensuring all intake and prospecting are logged and followed up on, all meetings are scheduled, all memos completed etc.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain donor and finance related databases.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with campaign and state regulations
Support our finance team and consultants by ensuring all finance intake is properly recorded and followed up on.
Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data hygiene
Troubleshoot database issues.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with political or advocacy databases preferred
Previous campaign experience preferred
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Commitment to the goals and values of the Matt Mahan for Governor campaign
