Carleigh Beriont for Congress is hiring a Finance Director for the 2026 cycle in New Hampshire’s First District.
Carleigh is a lifelong educator, local elected official, mother of two, and wife of a public school teacher. She’s running to hold this critical seat, fight for Granite State families, and bring a new generation of leadership to Washington. The Finance Director will be part of the senior leadership team, report directly to the Campaign Manager, and work closely with the candidate.
This full-time, in-person role is based in New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the campaign is looking to fill the position immediately through November 2026.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive finance strategy incorporating events, donor meetings, direct mail, digital outreach, call time, and support from bundlers and partners—regularly tracking progress and driving the team to meet ambitious quarterly goals.
Lead all aspects of national fundraising efforts, including planning and executing events, staffing national finance travel, and managing relationships with key hosts, bundlers, and partner organizations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance team and provide support for staff call time as necessary.
Oversee all finance-related data systems and technology, coordinating with partner organizations and vendors to ensure seamless execution of fundraising operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of one full cycle of experience in campaign finance required.
Demonstrated proficiency with NGP and ActBlue platforms.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; must be willing to work evenings and weekends and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
The starting salary range for this position is $6,000 - $7,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
