Description
A progressive congressional primary challenger in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time ** Finance Director** to lead all fundraising operations for a $1M+ finance program.
The Finance Director will:
Update and maintain the finance plan, ensuring the campaign is on track to raise seven figures by the primary (9/1).
Manage all aspects of call time, including prospecting, list preparations, staffing, and follow up.
Manage a finance committee and events program.
Manage relevant consultants.
Qualifications
2+ cycles in a paid finance role; previous experience at the Deputy or Director level heavily preferred.
Experience staffing candidate call time.
Experience managing fundraising events.
Access to a reliable car and a driver’s license.
Logistics
The salary for this position is $5,000-6,000/month, W2 employment.
The target start date is mid-April, 2026.
Relocation to the district, and frequent travel throughout the state, is required.
