RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead the execution of a finance plan and cashflow plan that encompasses all revenue streams, including events, call time, online solicitation, direct mail solicitation, major donors, and political action committees
Establish and track metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the fundraising plan
Execute a robust events plan down to the final details
Create and manage a digital fundraising program
Build and maintain systems for call time, pledge follow-up, and re-solicitation by the candidate and surrogate fundraisers
Build relationships with diverse Wisconsin and national donors
Ensure timely entry of all acceptable contributions into the fundraising database
Direct the work of finance staff as they are hired
Recruit and supervise campaign interns
APPLICANT QUALITIES
Has prior finance experience with at least 2 cycles of campaign experience
Is goal-oriented, persistent, and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships quickly with candidates, campaign staff, and donors
Is proficient in NGP-VAN and Excel
Is willing and capable of traveling within the state and to put in long hours to reach goals
