Job Description

Congresswoman Dina Titus (NV-01) is seeking a hard-working, experienced fundraiser to join our team as Finance Director for the 2024 election cycle. NV-01 is one of the top Frontline races in the country in a major battleground state. Ideal candidates will have exceptional candidate and organizational management skills, be attentive to detail, have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to adjust and manage an ever-changing environment. This position reports to the Campaign Manager.

**Responsibilities**
● Develop, execute, and oversee all aspects of the campaign’s Finance Plan for the 2024 cycle.
● Oversee Finance team including finance staff and interns.
● Develop and manage a call time program that builds and maintains the Congresswoman’s relationships with new and past donors.
● Create and manage a robust events program, including but not limited to: host recruitment, scheduling, logistics, and staffing events both in Nevada and nationally.
● Working with and staffing the Congresswoman. 
● Building and managing relationships with the DCCC, fundraising partners, and allied groups.
● Manage tracking and maintenance of donor data and other finance metrics; ensure accurate
 reporting and tracking for cash flow.
● Other responsibilities depending on the needs of the campaign.

**Requirements**
● At least 2 years of campaign fundraising or equivalent experience
● Experience working directly with a principal
● Experience hiring and/or managing staff and/or interns
● Working knowledge of PAC and digital fundraising
● Proficiency with NGP, ActBlue, Excel, Google Drive & call time tools preferred
● Superior written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to balance between competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
● Working knowledge of campaign finance law and reporting requirements
● Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
● Must have access to a vehicle and be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV. Must also have access to a cell phone & personal computer.
