About the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee:
The Wisconsin Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee (WI ADCC) is the only Democratic organization solely focused on recruiting, training, and electing Democrats to the Wisconsin State Assembly. We are fighting for a Democratic Majority in 2026!
Finance Intern Role:
The Finance Intern will work with the ADCC Finance team to conduct research in preparation for member call time. This role reports directly to the ADCC Finance Director and will be responsible for the execution of efficient and effective call time. They will also maintain and improve upon the NGP donor database. This position is part time, with the expectation of working 10-15 hours per week. This is a limited-term position through November 3, 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accuracy of NGP donor database
Utilize records searching software such as BeenVerified and Spokeo to conduct research on existing and prospective donors
Test phone numbers, email addresses, and contact information for existing and prospective donors through phone services such as Slydial
Determine and assign asks to donors based on giving history
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Have impeccable personal organization and the ability to delegate tasks when appropriate
Prior database management experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to effectively work and manage relationships with individual members
Experience with or ability to learn state campaign finance laws
Prior fundraising experience preferred, or minimum one cycle on a campaign, or experience in a similar development/non/profit role
Quick problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset. Must be able to take, give, and implement feedback
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Experience with NGP, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Reliable access to a computer and personal transportation is required

Compensation:
Expected pay for this position is $15/hour.
