You’ll help organize call time, track donors, plan events, and make sure contributions are processed and reported correctly. It’s a fast-paced role that mixes detail work with creative problem-solving — perfect for someone who likes staying organized and getting things done.
About the campaign:
Kinney Zalesne is running for DC’s Delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives. She’s a longtime DC resident, nonprofit leader, and former counsel to the U.S. Attorney General — running to bring more accountability and stronger advocacy for the people of the District.
We’re a tight crew that’s been at this for a while and ready to bring someone new on board. It’s busy, rewarding, and never boring — we promise.
What you’ll do
Help shape and carry out our fundraising plan
Manage donor outreach, pledges, and follow-ups
Organize and prep candidate call time
Plan and support fundraising events
Draft and send fundraising emails and materials
Make sure donations are processed and recorded accurately
Work with compliance to maintain clean reporting
Keep the team updated on progress and goals
