About the Campaign
Kinney for DC is seeking a Finance Manager / Call Time Manager to help drive our fundraising program. This is a strong opportunity for someone organized and personable who wants to play a key role in a high-profile congressional race at a pivotal moment for DC.
What You’ll Do
Manage the candidate’s daily call time: prepare call sheets, keep detailed notes, and track pledges.
Ensure donors are thanked promptly and receive timely follow-up.
Draft and send donor outreach emails and fundraising texts.
Keep our NGP database accurate and up to date, working alongside our compliance team.
Support fundraising events with logistics, invitations, and day-of needs.
Work Environment
Most tasks — including call time prep, donor outreach, and data entry — can be done remotely or in person.
In-person presence is required for fundraising events.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and effective writing skills.
Comfort communicating with donors by phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced campaign environment.
Prior campaign or political experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Details
Salary is $4,500/month.
This is a full-time position through November 2026.
Evening and weekend hours will sometimes be required.
