Key Responsibilities:
Manage and staff call time for the Lieutenant Governor candidate
Plan and execute fundraising events in-state for the Lieutenant Governor candidate
Conduct donor and prospect outreach via phone, email, mail, and text
Report out daily call time results and performance metrics
Support and complete campaign operational processes such as compliance and scheduling
Maintain data integrity in campaign information systems
Drive the Lieutenant Governor candidate as needed
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 cycle of campaign finance or fundraising experience
Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, and other campaign finance platforms
Experience staffing a principal for call time including preparing calls, conducting follow up, and tracking data
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by ambitious fundraising targets
Calm under pressure with a growth mindset and openness to feedback
Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams and at all levels of an organization
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends during peak campaign season
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to assist co-workers with meeting important deadlines such as donor prospecting, stuffing envelopes, data entry, etc.
Reliable personal laptop and vehicle
Rob Sand for Iowa and Teamsters Local 238 have a collective bargaining agreement and this position is bargaining unit eligible.
