Campaign Fundraising Manager Job Posting
Sarah Eckhardt for State Senate is seeking a hard working campaign professional to join her team for the 2024 election cycle.
Description of Duties:
● Plan and manage call time including prospecting new donors while following up on pledges and fundraising events
● Facilitate fundraising house parties by assisting donors with planning and event execution
● Attend fundraising and other political events on behalf of/with Senator Eckhardt
● Plan and execute a large-scale annual fundraiser with support from Communications and
Fundraising Consultants
● Manage Senator Eckhardt’s campaign budget and spending
● Collaborate closely with Senator Eckhardt and campaign team members
● Any other tasks as assigned by the Campaign Manager
● 20 hours per week
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
● A 4 year college degree, personal laptop, cell phone, and reliable transportation around the district are required
● At least 1 cycle of campaign experience preferred
○ Experience with managing candidate call time and familiarity with NGP
● Experience with budgeting, accounting, or other financial management skills
● Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
● A willingness to attend events that are in the evening and/or on the weekends

Salary Range:
● $1,750-$2,500 per month for part time employment
