About the role
Do you get excited when a great idea meets a smart tool? At Socially, a growing graphic design company Dubai brands trust for social media, we’re looking for a designer who’s curious about AI and brings real design taste to every project. You’ll create the visuals our clients scroll-stop for, and you’ll help us find faster, smarter ways to make them.
What you’ll do
Design posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and ad creatives for our clients’ social channels
Use AI tools to speed up concepts, variations, and production, while keeping every piece polished and on brand
Build reusable templates and simple AI workflows that make the whole team faster
Turn client briefs into clear creative directions
Create short videos and motion graphics when a project calls for them
Work closely with our social media managers and writers to deliver on schedule
What we’re looking for
2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency
A portfolio that shows both strong design basics and thoughtful AI-assisted work
Confidence with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva or Figma
Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools
Good communication, a sharp eye for detail, and an easy way of working with a team
Nice to have
Video editing or motion design skills
Arabic language skills
Interest in Dubai’s social media and brand scene
