We offer full-service support in campaign and public affairs strategy, direct mail and digital ads, messaging and budget advising, political engagement, and voter contact, offering tailored solutions to help clients succeed.
TYS is seeking graphic designers! Graphic designers who apply will be considered to work on compelling direct mail and digital creative for political campaigns and advocacy organizations nationwide. Designers will collaborate closely with strategists to produce high-quality, persuasive communications under fast-paced campaign deadlines.
This is a remote contract position, and applicants must be based in the United States. Evening and weekend availability may be required during peak campaign periods.
Work with strategists and team members to concept, design, and revise direct mail campaigns
Design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
Ensure all creative work is accurate, polished, and delivered on tight campaign deadlines
Implement and maintain client branding across print and digital materials
Participate in daily team meetings, project briefings, and creative reviews
Prepare final artwork for print production and coordinate revisions through approval
Qualifications
3+ years professional graphic design experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Availability to meet client deadlines including nights/weekends required
Ability to create high volumes of original designs
Strong visual skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize/manage work to adhere to critical timelines; communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work in fast-paced settings
Professional discretion with confidential information
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
