Position Summary The HR & Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and assisting the Human Resources department with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee training sessions, orientations, and benefit enrollment. Help ensure company policies are properly communicated and followed. Administrative Duties Handle daily office operations including filing, scanning, and document management. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate office events. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and internal communication materials. Order office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-organized. Employee & Office Support Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries. Assist with timesheet tracking and attendance monitoring. Support HR in organizing employee activities, recognition events, and initiatives. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. What We Offer Competitive salary: $46,000–$55,000/year, depending on experience.
