Position Summary

  • Position: HR & Operations Coordinator

  • Reports to: HR & Operations Director

  • Location: Hybrid

  • Salary:$55,000-$65,000 (commensurate with experience)

At Rural Arizona Engagement and Rural Arizona Action (RAZE/A), we are dedicated to driving positive change in our community through innovative and impactful programs. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR & Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting talent development, operations, and technology.

 

As the RAZE/A HR & Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our organization, collaborating closely with our Talent and Training Manager and Operations Manager. Your focus on technology, efficient systems, and administrative excellence will contribute to the seamless operation of our programs and the success of our HR and operations development initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

Administrative Excellence:

  • Provide comprehensive office support, managing incoming correspondence and maintaining organized databases and records.

  • Ensure the availability of essential supplies for the office and campaign staff, making sure everything runs smoothly.

 

Talent & Training Support:

  • Coordinate engaging quarterly storytelling celebration calls and assist in the planning and execution of regular staff retreats.

  • Support the talent acquisition process, from posting job descriptions on various platforms to overseeing screening and interviewing processes.

 

Onboarding & Offboarding Excellence:

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new staff, providing training on internal tools and answering any questions they may have.

  • Assist with offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing team members.

 

Vehicle and Resource Management:

  • Maintain and service the office vehicle, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.

  • Oversee an organized and user-friendly internal resource database, facilitating smooth collaboration through platforms like Shared Google Drives, Asana, and digital filing systems.

 

Travel Coordination and Financial Compliance:

  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics for team members, coordinating transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related requirements.

  • Update expenses and revenue using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. 

 

Tech Inventory and Management:

  • Oversee tech inventory, manage Apple business, and ensure the efficient resetting of all laptops.

  • Office Management or Operations Supervision: Previous experience in office management or supervising operations.

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages, enhancing communication and connection within diverse communities.
