Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening candidates, interviews)
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Support employee onboarding and training programs
Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
Assist in performance management and team development initiatives
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
Interest in gaming or creative industries is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience working in tech or game development companies
Knowledge of HR tools and recruitment platforms
Understanding of company culture building in remote teams
