You have a passion for the details and are a quick learner when it comes to new skills.
Job Responsibilities
Develop budgets and media plans based on client objectives and guidance from the account team and senior media planners
QA insertion orders (IOs) and campaigns for a variety of platforms before they go live
Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budgets are delivering as planned, working with senior planners and the ad operations team to execute in-flight optimizations as needed
Pull counts for audiences from the voter file
Create and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors, frequently communicating with them via email about campaign details
Provide feedback on processes to senior leadership and identify areas of improvement
Research new digital media + targeting offerings and bring opportunities to the team
Qualifications
Internship or academic experience within the paid digital media space or on a political campaign
Interest in learning how to build robust media plans and work within a variety of digital platforms
Have a basic understanding of the digital media landscape and what different platforms might be utilized in a media plan based upon campaign objectives
The ability to learn quickly and pick up new skill sets when new opportunities present themselves, or when plans are modified
Very strong attention to detail and ability to follow a strict QA process, even when you are very busy
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
Thrives in a team environment and works well collaborating with others
Excels in a fast-paced environment and can handle multi-tasking several projects with tight timelines at once, ensuring tasks and emails don’t fall through the cracks

This position will be fully remote. Due to the nature of political work, there will be expected evening and weekend hours especially leading up to November 2026. This is a cycle position that will end on November 30, 2026, with the possibility of full time based on performance and need. The salary range for the position is between $55,000 and $65,000, commensurate with experience.
