Kolker for Colorado is seeking a full-time Campaign Manager for a top tier State Senate campaign. This position spearheads campaign organization, oversight, and structure.
Areas of Responsibility:
Management, direction, and oversight of the Campaign’s political, communications, administrative, field, and finance programs, including managing any associated staff, consultants, or volunteers, and any vendors. The individual holding this position must have strong attention to detail and be team-oriented.
This role will be key in the coordination and implementation of campaign activities including but not limited to:
Constituent, donor, and other outreach meetings inside and outside of the district;
Social media, media, and other communications activities;
GOTV and other field program(s) including recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining volunteers;
Participate in other outreach activities such as postcard writing and parades;
Campaign fundraising, compliance, and filings, including staffing call time and fundraisers;
Working with the candidate to meet deadlines and achieve goals;
Coordinate and manage candidate’s schedule;
Further duties as are customarily performed by one holding such a position in other businesses of the same or similar nature as are engaged in by the Campaign.
The campaign manager will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of multiple campaign deliverables, including but not limited to:
Campaign Plan
Campaign Budget
Communications Plan
Finance and Fundraising Plan
Field Plan, including VAN lists and volunteer coordination
Campaign status reports
End of Campaign Report

The salary range for this position is $3800-$4500, depending on experience and qualifications.
