Team Helmer is a values-driven center dedicated first and foremost to serving the community. The following values center our efforts.
Lead with Integrity.
Do the right thing. Follow your moral compass. Be honest with yourself, with Dan, and with the community. Do right by those who sent you here.
Embody Service.
We serve the people of the 10th District. They are paying your salary. All of our decisions, whether it be a constituent casework item or decision on a legislative vote, should be made with others in mind first.
Champion Inclusivity.
Whether hiring new staff members, forging new relationships, building a legislative coalition, go out of your way to think of them
Be Bold.
Push yourself and your team members to bring your/their best selves, ideas, and energy to the table. You are meant to be here. Think big and execute.
