What You’ll Do

  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and implementation.

  • Organizational Support and Administrative Duties: Keep our team on track by managing daily tasks, coordinating weekly information flow, and supporting both internal meetings and external communications. Maintain meeting minutes, manage the team calendar, and oversee case management and policy tracking systems.

  • System Development: Innovate and implement new workflow systems to streamline processes.

  • Research and Analysis: Dive deep into redistricting-related litigation and policy issues to prepare insightful memos and materials.

Other Info

  • Location: The team currently operates remotely, with occasional travel for in-person meetings, team retreats, etc. The organization has a physical office located in downtown Washington, DC where local staff are welcome to work.

  • Salary: for this position is $56,175 annually

  • Benefits: Paid time off, immediate access to the organization’s 401(k) program with a 4% match, health care, dental and vision coverage, along with a stipend for cell phone use.
