Manny Rutinel for Congress seeks motivated college students or recent graduates to contribute to our field and finance operations while learning more about working on Democratic campaigns in Colorado’s most competitive Congressional district.
Time commitment: 10+ hours a week for field, 20+ hours a week for finance
Stipend: Compensation dependant on weekly hours and start date
Location: In person, Colorado's 8th Congressional District
Time frame: Fellowship will extend from July-November (later starts are possible)
As a field fellow, you will work to complement campaign staff efforts to conduct voter outreach, organizing initiatives, and other activities critical to advancing the campaign’s goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Field
Phone banking
Door-to-door canvassing (this will be a large part of your role)
Staffing campaign events
Building community relationships
Representing the campaign across the district
As a finance fellow you will collaborate with finance staff to conduct donor outreach, donor research, data management, and other activities critical to advancing the campaign’s goals.

Preparing call lists
Managing a database
Thanking donors
Representing the campaign across the district
The fellowship is designed to provide education about working on political campaigns, including hands-on training, and is scheduled to work around your academic calendar.
