JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Execute the campaign’s finance plan.
- Work with prospective hosts to schedule, coordinate, and execute fundraising events.
- With the finance team to manage the Call Time Program, including generating call lists for the candidates and accurately tracking supporters.
- Follow-up on all donor interactions to ensure timely fulfillment of all pledges.
- Manage systems and processes used to track and report fundraising progress.
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive briefing memos for the Secretary.
- Travel with the candidate to meetings and events as necessary.
- Co-lead the finance team, including oversight of staff and interns.
- Manage, support, and grow the campaign’s fundraising committee.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will have at least two campaign cycles of experience.
- Prior finance experience is required.
- Previous experience working in Colorado is preferred.
- This position will be based in Colorado.
