The Field Organizer will be responsible for working alongside the Field Director to assist with recruiting, training and mobilizing a team of volunteers and interns to help elect a NY State Senator. The Field Organizer will spearhead volunteer recruitment and voter engagement, and will work with individual volunteers, community groups, and unions.
We are currently seeking multiple candidates from across New York State.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the recruitment, training and managing volunteers engaging in voter outreach efforts, including in-person canvassing and phone banking;
• Supervise and coach interns
• Assist with the planning and execution of campaign and community events;
• Register constituents to vote, engage them on the issues, and make detailed voting plans with voters en masse during Get Out the Vote.
• Hit and exceed weekly/daily numerical performance goals
• Regularly and faithfully record data daily in campaign databases
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $3,000-4,500 (Monthly) (depending on experience and other factors)
