We are in search of a nonprofit partnerships and business development lead, who will be instrumental in advancing our mission in providing best-in-class technology, data, and services to some of the largest nonprofits and nonprofit agencies throughout the United States.
Our growing team seeks an individual to drive new business and expand agency partnerships within the enterprise and mid-market nonprofit marketplace. In this role, you will identify and communicate with prospective buyers, qualify incoming leads, pitch our products and services, and move prospects through the full sales funnel. Additionally, this person will be responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships with top nonprofit agencies as well as collaborating with our account managers to ensure our commitment to best-in-class customer service.
In-person networking and occasional travel to conferences will be required. This position is fully remote but ideal candidates will be located in the Washington, D.C. region to allow for frequent in-person networking opportunities.
This role is designed for an individual with grit who thrives in a fast-moving setting; is exceptionally organized; demonstrated expertise and relationships within the nonprofit marketplace; deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics and tools; and is excited to be working at the cross-section of nonprofit technology and business development. We are looking for someone with a true passion for delivering results for nonprofits.
5+ years of sales experience.
Strong knowledge of nonprofit organizations and agency partners.
Demonstrated knowledge of nonprofit digital fundraising.
Knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
The OTE for this role is $125,000-$200,000. Exact title and salary to be determined based on experience.
