A 2026 Ohio State House campaign is searching for a Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is a full time position that represents an incredible opportunity to direct a campaign that is sure to break fundraising (and likely canvassing) records, with significant external support.
The Campaign Manager will:
Lead the day-to-day management of a progressive campaign
Oversee the development and execution of the campaign plan, including the fundraising, field, and digital plans with consultants and partners
Manage the campaign budget to ensure careful spending
Manage campaign staff, interns, and volunteers
Conduct donor research and manage call time
Ensure campaign meets strategic objectives
Qualifications:
One cycle of previous campaign management, finance or field experience required.
Experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and VAN. NGP or Campaign Deputy experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes.
Must be able to work campaign hours as well as nights and weekends.
Familiarity with Ohio politics preferred.
A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
This position pays $2500-$3500 a month, commensurate with experience, in addition to a $100 per month health stipend.
