About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Program Coordinator to help organize day-to-day projects, maintain internal documentation, communicate with partners, and track deadlines. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys turning scattered tasks into clear workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly project schedules and internal deadlines.
Maintain shared documents, spreadsheets, and project records.
Communicate with external partners and respond to routine requests.
Prepare meeting notes and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Track project expenses and maintain basic administrative records.
Identify workflow problems and suggest practical improvements.
Prepare concise progress updates for the management team.
Help coordinate virtual and in-person program activities.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or nonprofit work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and collaborative software.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage several deadlines without losing track of priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools.
Experience coordinating vendors or community partners.
Basic experience with project-management software.
Ability to document processes clearly for other team members.
Compensation & Benefits
$4,500–$5,500 per month, depending on experience.
